SweepJobs browser extension, web console and API. Last updated 25 August 2026.

SweepJobs helps you fill in job applications on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. To do that it stores the details you choose to give it and uses them to answer application questions. This page describes exactly what is stored, where, and who can see it.

What is collected

DataWhy
Name, email, phone, location, LinkedIn / GitHub / portfolio URLsFilled into the corresponding application fields.
Your resume — both extracted text and the original fileThe text is what answers are drawn from; the file is attached to resume upload fields.
Saved answers to application questionsReused so the same question is not asked twice.
Companies you watch, search keywords, location filtersDeciding which postings to surface.
Application and queue history, and preview screenshots of filled formsShowing you what was filled and what was sent.
A record of every field the software encountered and how it was answeredRanking which questions are worth answering, and measuring whether the software is getting better or worse.
Your email address, sign-in codes and sessionsSigning you in and keeping you signed in.
Subscription status and a Stripe customer referenceBilling. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

What is never collected

Questions the software will not answer

Some fields are deliberately never filled automatically, no matter how confident the system is. These are left blank for you: legal attestations and certifications, consent checkboxes, electronic signatures, work authorisation and visa or sponsorship status, citizenship, criminal history, EEO and demographic questions (gender, race, veteran status, disability), salary expectations, government identifiers, and the contact details of your references.

How long it is kept

Where it is stored

All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database, R2 object storage, Workers, Workers AI, Browser Rendering). Answer generation runs on Cloudflare's own hosted models — your resume is not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other third-party model provider, and it is not used to train any model.

Three processors handle data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and model inference), Stripe (payments — they receive your email address and handle your card details directly, which never reach us), and Resend (sending sign-in emails — they receive your email address and the code).

Who it is shared with

Nobody, other than the employers you apply to. Your data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. It is not used to train any model. When you submit an application, the information in that form goes to that employer's applicant tracking system, exactly as it would if you had typed it yourself.

Automated submission

Applications are filled in your own browser, from your own connection. Nothing is submitted without you unless you explicitly switch on unattended submission, which is off by default and is stored only in your browser — no server setting can enable it.

What is shared between users

The software keeps a shared catalogue of the questions job applications ask — the wording employers use, and which phrasings mean the same thing. That catalogue improves for everyone as the software is used. It contains no personal data: questions are shared, answers are not. Your answers, corrections, resume and profile never leave your account.

The list of company job boards being watched is also shared, so a board is checked once rather than once per person. Those are public job listings and contain nothing about you.
