SweepJobs. Last updated 25 August 2026.
These terms apply to the SweepJobs browser extension, web console and API. By creating an account you agree to them.
SweepJobs fills in job application forms on supported job boards using details you provide, and stores your answers so they can be reused. It runs in your own browser, from your own connection. It does not submit an application unless you explicitly enable unattended submission, which is off by default.
Applications submitted through SweepJobs are your applications. You are responsible for their accuracy, including anything drafted with the assistance of the software. We strongly recommend reviewing every application before submitting it.
The service deliberately refuses to answer certain questions — legal certifications, consent checkboxes, e-signatures, work authorisation and visa status, citizenship, criminal history, EEO and demographic questions, salary expectations, government identifiers, and references' contact details. This is a safeguard, not a guarantee, and it does not transfer responsibility for the contents of your application away from you.
Job boards and applicant tracking systems have their own terms. Your use of them through this service remains subject to those terms, and it is your responsibility to comply with them.
You need a working email address. You are responsible for keeping access to it, and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
The free plan is offered as described on the pricing page and may change. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or quarterly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods. If a payment fails, access continues briefly while the payment is retried, then reverts to the free plan.
If we raise prices, existing subscribers are told before it takes effect and may cancel.
What is collected, why, and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can export everything held about you, or delete your account and its data, from your account settings at any time.
The service is provided as-is. It depends on third parties — job boards, applicant tracking systems, Cloudflare, Stripe — and on the structure of pages we do not control. Job boards change their forms without notice, and when they do, autofill may miss fields or stop working on that board until it is updated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, SweepJobs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost employment opportunities, lost earnings, or the consequences of an application containing an error. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law; where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and refund any unused paid period.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
